To join the S.H.D. print out the following membership application on the next page. The Address to send the membership form to is on the next page. If you do decide you want to join the S.H.D. and your going to mail a membership application in, be sure to include your five dollar membership fees. Once I recieve your filled out membership application I will mail you a S.H.D. membership form and you begin to recieve S.H.D. Newsletters the next month.
